Why Adrak Yorkville Keeps Landing on Michelin Lists Year After Year

Since opening in 2022, Adrak Yorkville has earned a spot in the Michelin Guide four years running. It has also hosted stars like Oscar Isaac, Jessica Alba, the Jonas Brothers, and The Kid LAROI. But beyond the celebrity buzz, the kitchen serves food that genuinely lives up to the hype.

Co-founder Ambica Jain drew on her global travels to shape the experience, focusing on a warm, inviting atmosphere and vibrant plating. The space encourages you to slow down, share dishes, and take your time.

Here are two dishes that showcase what the kitchen does best. Start with the Rani Kachori: a large, crispy puri stuffed with potatoes, onions, tomatoes, chickpeas, sprouts, yogurt, and chutney. For your main, go with the signature Murgh Makhani, featuring boneless tandoor-roasted chicken in a rich tomato-fenugreek sauce.

If you plan to visit, book a table on their website. Bring two or three friends so you can share and try a bit of everything.
