Where to Splurge and Where to Save in Orlando’s 2026 MICHELIN Guide

If you’re planning a trip to Orlando, the 2026 MICHELIN Guide for Florida just dropped some good news. The city now has 61 recognized restaurants across different levels. That’s a solid jump that shows how much the local food scene has grown beyond the usual theme park fare.
At the top sits Sorekara in Baldwin Park with its two MICHELIN Stars. It’s one of only two restaurants in the state at that level. Inspectors like how it does its own thing instead of following the crowd.
For one-star spots, you have strong options like Camille (Vietnamese-French tasting menus in Baldwin Park), Kadence (creative omakase in Audubon Park), ÔMO by Jônt in Winter Park, Soseki Modern Omakase (also in Winter Park, with monthly changing menus heavy on local produce), and Victoria & Albert’s at Disney’s Grand Floridian.
You don’t need to chase stars to eat well. The 14 Bib Gourmand spots deliver great food without the high price tag. Think two courses plus a glass of wine or dessert for around $50. Standouts include The Ravenous Pig in Winter Park, Domu for Japanese comfort food in Audubon Park, Smokemade Meats + Eats in Curry Ford West, and Taste of Chengdu in Baldwin Park. These are the kinds of places you can visit on a normal night out.
Kaya in Mills 50 holds its Green Star for the third consecutive year. Fresh additions to the Recommended list this year include 1921 in Mount Dora, June downtown, Kappo Tsan in Southwest Orlando, Osteria Ester in Thornton Park, Smoke & Donuts BBQ in the Milk District, and Sparrow Wine Bar & Lounge downtown.
The Recommended category has 41 spots total. You’ll find everything from Black Rooster Taqueria (casual tacos in Mills 50) to Morimoto Asia at Disney Springs, Prato in Winter Park, and Sticky Rice Lao Street Food. The list covers a mix of neighbourhoods. Mills 50, Winter Park, the Milk District and Lake Nona all get love.
