Arc’teryx Opens a Massive Three-Storey Flagship in Montréal

Arc’teryx just opened a much bigger home on Sainte-Catherine.
The new Alpha Store is at 1133 Sainte-Catherine Street West. It’s three floors and about 9,600 square feet, and it replaces the longtime Sainte-Catherine shop that first opened in 2006.
If you already own Arc’teryx gear, start at the ReBIRD care-and-repair service centre. You can bring in a worn shell for assessment and repair, get a technical wash and re-waterproofing, trade a piece for store credit, or shop authenticated resale gear that’s been checked to perform like new.
There’s also a dedicated community space for run clubs and climbing groups, a Veilance area for city wear, and a few Montréal-specific details: a vintage city map, a sculpture made from climbing holds salvaged from the old Sainte-Catherine store, and an interactive 3D map of nearby mountains and trails.
