Apple Pacific Centre Grand Opening Weekend: Friday, November 18

Apple announced the new Apple Pacific Centre store is opening on Friday, November 18, unveiling bespoke artwork that covers the facade of the store and includes the opening date. Uniquely positioned on the corner of West Georgia and Howe Streets and facing the Vancouver Art Gallery, the new store is a place where creative journeys begin.

Apple commissioned the artwork to celebrate the new store opening, led by prominent Canadian designer Mooren (Mo) Bofill with contribution by acclaimed xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) weaver and artist Debra Sparrow. The artwork spans more than 30 feet and features 12 playful nods to Apple including Apple Pencil, AirPods and Face ID Smile. Can you find them all?

Sessions include live performances by Vancouver-based rapper and musician Boslen, followed by a Q&A moderated by Apple Music radio host George Stromboloupoulos, as well as a performance by Chloé Arnold, the Emmy-award winning choreographer of new Apple TV+ holiday film Spirited, starring Ryan Reynolds.
