Hyundai Auto Canada announced pricing for its all-new 2024 Kona. The new generation of the popular compact utility vehicle offers more equipment and technology than ever before, while maintaining a very competitive price range.

The 2024 Kona comes standard with a 12.3-inch touchscreen incorporating a next-generation infotainment system, Hyundai’s Smartsense safety features, 17-inch alloy wheels, and wireless connectivity to Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

The gasoline-powered Kona will be available in seven, well-equipped trim levels for the Canadian market. The N Line and N Line Ultimate trims will stand out thanks to a sportier character and a 1.6-litre turbocharged engine generating 190 horsepower. The N Line Ultimate trim adds class-above features such as ventilated front seats, a premium Bose audio system with eight speakers, and advanced parking assistance technologies.

The 2024 Kona is also available in an electric variant, the Kona Electric. The Kona Electric is estimated to deliver up to 418 kilometres of range based on Hyundai’s preliminary internal testing. It will also come with distinctive elements, including forward “frunk” storage, active grille shutters, exterior Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) capability, i-PEDAL driving mode, and Smart Regenerative System that adjusts regeneration according to real-time traffic conditions.
