Tostitos is teaming up with renowned Chef Susur Lee to offer a unique and delicious experience – the Tostitos Tasting Window.
Inspired by Vancouver’s diverse culinary influences, Chef Lee has crafted a unique 3-bite flight specifically for this event. Each bite is served on a Tostitos chip, showcasing the multicultural tapestry of our city.
The Tostitos Tasting Window captures the essence of the charming Florentine wine windows. Simply approach the window at 804 Granville Street and ring the bell. The friendly staff will present you with a complimentary 3-bite flight, allowing you to try Chef Lee’s creations.
Indonesian Sambal Onion Cashew Dip: spicy and complex, this dip combines the heat of sambal with the creamy richness of cashews and the tangy sweetness of yuzu jam.
Garlic Butter Wild B.C. Shrimp Dip: a savoury blend of garlic and butter with a dash of heat, this dip highlights the fresh, coastal flavours of British Columbia’s wild shrimp.
Harissa, Date & Pinenut Dip: with a nod to Middle Eastern cuisine, this dip combines the robust, spicy kick of harissa with the sweet notes of dates and raisins, balanced by the nutty crunch of pine nuts.
Tostitos believes in the power of community. That’s why with every tasting flight served, you’ll have the opportunity to make a difference. By pressing the “Chip In” button, you’ll automatically trigger a donation to Second Harvest, a fantastic organization dedicated to fighting hunger by rescuing surplus food. For each bite enjoyed, Tostitos will also donate $1 to Second Harvest, with a maximum combined contribution of $50,000 from both Toronto and Vancouver events.
