New Ice Cream Flavour Every Week at Fairmont Hotel Vancouver’s Treat-Cycle

The Fairmont Hotel Vancouver is bringing back its popular Treat-Cycle Ice Cream, which will be popping up every Friday outside the hotel until September 1.

The Treat-Cycle is a teal-coloured bike that serves up house-made ice cream created by the hotel’s Executive Pastry Chef, Eric Fernandez. Each week, a new flavour will be featured, such as Tiramisu, Cinnamon Doughnut, Cherry Bourbon, and more.

During the Vancouver Pride Festival weekend, August 4-6, the Treat-Cycle will pop-up all weekend long and feature a specialty Raspberry and Passionfruit ice cream topped with a rainbow shortbread cookie. For every cup sold that weekend, $1 will be donated to the Vancouver Pride Society Community Bursary.

Ice cream will be available for $7 per cup, and limited quantities will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. The weekly flavour schedule and weather-dependent updates will be shared on the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver’s Facebook and Instagram stories.

If you’re looking for a delicious and refreshing treat this summer, be sure to check out the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver’s Treat-Cycle Ice Cream!
