As Juke Fried Chicken approaches its seven-year anniversary the team is gearing up for a summer filled with fried-chicken fueled festivities.

The party starts with everyone’s favourite holiday: National Fried Chicken Day. To mark the special occasion Juke is offering half-priced big chicken sandwiches. That’s right, the famous classic fried chicken sandwich has been supersized. Big Chicken Sandwich will be available for $7 each on Thursday, July 6, from 11:00 am to 3:30 pm. Please note that there is a limit of 5 sandwiches per person while quantities last so be sure to show up early.

Juke is also introducing new dishes for the season, including fried Hush Puppies and a miso-dressed Corn on the Cob. The brand new Jr. Juke Sandwich is the perfect size for a quick snack, available individually or in a sharable four-pack.

For the first time, Juke is taking its fried chicken on the road for the summer. Juke will be hopping into the food truck at Batch Bar’s newest pop-up container bar located in Granville Plaza (200 Granville St). Visitors can enjoy Juke Fried Chicken Sandwiches and Pimento Cheese Smash Burgers between 11:30 am and 6:00 pm every Wednesday for July and August. Soak in the summer vibes with live music, games, and refreshing beverages from Batch Bar.

Long summer nights start with the happiest of hours at Juke’s neighbour, The Chickadee Room. From 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm daily enjoy two free pieces of Juke’s signature southern-fried gluten-free chicken with the purchase of any happy hour cocktail. And back by popular demand is the Juke Coup De Ville Slushy Margarita.
