From now until September 14th, indulge in the fresh, vibrant flavours of Moxies’ 2024 Summer Feature Menu. This specially curated selection boasts 8 new items, including 5 refreshing beverages and 3 mouthwatering dishes, each crafted with in-season ingredients.

Chef Brandon Thordarson has teamed up with the acclaimed Executive Chef Kenta Takahashi, a three-time winner of Canada’s Top Pastry Chef title in 2020, 2023, and 2024. Together, they have created a menu that marries Chef Brandon’s innovative culinary vision with Chef Kenta’s exceptional pastry expertise.

The 2024 Summer Feature Menu at Moxies introduces three delectable dishes that are sure to become seasonal favourites:

Citrus Habanero Salmon Sandwich: This standout dish combines the natural sweetness of fresh mango with the mild heat of habanero, perfectly complementing the tender, flavorful salmon.

Super Greens Salad: For those seeking a refreshing and healthy option, the Super Greens Salad is a must-try. Featuring fresh strawberries, diced avocado, and a quinoa crunch, all topped with parmesan cheese, this salad is as nutritious as it is delicious.

Churro Ice Cream Sandwich: The Churro Ice Cream Sandwich, crafted by Chef Kenta Takahashi, features house-baked, cinnamon-dusted churros filled with creamy vanilla bean ice cream.

Aperol Spritz: A classic patio cocktail, the Aperol Spritz is subtly tart and fruity, making it a perennial favourite.

Hugo Spritz: This elegant and light beverage features floral elderflower liqueur and fresh muddled mint, creating a refreshing and aromatic drink.
