Earls at The Amazing Brentwood opens February 16, 2023
Earls Restaurant Group announced its Brentwood location will open on February 16th, 2023. Designed with the Burnaby guest in mind, this beautiful new addition to Earls in BC is located on the plaza level of The Amazing Brentwood just steps from the Skytrain station. This location promises to be a star attraction of The Amazing Brentwood thanks to its prime location, a stone’s throw from the plaza’s stunning water feature and bustling open-air space. Guests can look forward to enjoying the lively spacious lounge for a quick bite in between shopping, the intimate, lush dining room will be a sought-after spot to enjoy a more leisurely meal, a gorgeous island bar, and a patio that will extend directly out onto the plaza.
The Earls internal design team, consisting of Lead Designer Kimberly Hume and Creative Director Elly Chronakis, developed the “Modern Design meets Earthy Comfort” style of Earls Brentwood. Inspired by The Amazing Brentwood’s timeless aesthetic and open-air shopping concept, Earls Brentwood utilizes warm elemental materials, lush greenery, and ample natural light to create a stylish and welcoming space where indoors and outdoors seamlessly connect. As part of the company’s ongoing commitment to supporting local artists, the walls of Earls Brentwood will feature collections from both Burnaby and BC-based artists Rande Cook, Tafui, and Dina Gonzales.
Earls’ newest BC restaurant will beautifully showcase the brand’s commitment to creating individually compelling restaurants. “We wanted this Earls location to truly reflect the diversity, energy and lifestyle of the Burnaby guest,” said Kristin Vekteris, Chief Brand Officer “Burnaby is a neighbourhood brimming with life, and many young families, students, and millennials call Burnaby, and The Amazing Brentwood, home. This location is designed with them in mind.” The restaurant will have a pick-up window for Pick-Up orders, allowing convenience when it comes to takeout for thousands of The Amazing Brentwood’s residents, while restaurant guests can expect a lively atmosphere that echoes the bustling energy of the surrounding shopping centre thanks to a distinct lounge design, unlike any other Earls in BC.
The innovative and ever-changing menu, created by renowned Chef David Wong, is inspired by cultures and cuisines from around the globe and includes both healthy and indulgent items that offer something for everyone, and for every occasion. Culinary dishes to expect at the new location include fan favourites Steak + Truffle Tortellini, an indulgent seafood platter, and a decadent White Chocolate Crème Brûlée. The menu at Earls Brentwood will also include a pizza program featuring plant-based selections like vegan kale and mushroom pizza and the west coast inspired prawn pizza. Guests at the Earls Brentwood island bar can also look forward to a wide selection of beer, wine, and cocktails, including Earls favourites like The Earls Old Fashioned, Iced Irish Coffee, and a stellar Margarita section.
Earls Brentwood looks forward to welcoming guests beginning February 16th, 2023. The restaurant is located at 4567 Lougheed Highway in Burnaby, will be open seven days a week and will offer validated parking to guests dining in. Seating is available by reservation or walk-in. Earls Brentwood is the ideal setting for those looking for a casual business lunch, nightly dinner, a weekend brunch and brunch happy hour from 10 am to noon, or to enjoy the daily happy hour features (2 pm – 5 pm) and late-night bites (9 pm-close).
Earls Bridge Park, located at 3850 Lougheed Highway is now closed, and we are excited to welcome guests to experience the stunning new space at The Amazing Brentwood when it opens. Continuing their commitment to compelling restaurant designs tailored to each neighbourhood, Earls Test Kitchen and Earls Robson will also be undergoing renovations in 2023 to further enhance the individual interiors into more lively, comfortable and compelling guest experiences.
