Chop Steakhouse’s Steak Masters 2026: Wagyu, Rib Eye, and a Must-Try Dessert

If you’re craving a good steak night out, Chop Steakhouse & Bar just dropped their Steak Masters 2026 menu. It’s available now through June 7.
The menu keeps the classic steakhouse feel but adds some fresh twists. Start with the Wagyu Steak Bites: tender pieces of wagyu served with wasabi chive aioli and truffle honey Dijon. They pack a lot of flavour and are perfect for sharing.
Two mains stand out. The Charred Scallion Miso Rib Eye gets a light brush of wasabi and comes with Yukon gold mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. Meanwhile, the Bone-In New York Striploin arrives with a caramelized onion demi-glace and the same solid sides.
They’ve also brought back patatas bravas as a side. These crispy potatoes with spicy pimentón tomato sauce and garlic aioli are always a hit.
Save room for dessert. The Banoffee Bread Pudding is warm, loaded with bananas, vanilla whipped cream, Bumbu rum caramel, and chocolate shavings. It’s the kind of comforting finish that rounds out a steak dinner nicely.
For a wine pairing, they’re featuring Zuccardi Q Malbec from Argentina. It’s bold with notes of red fruit, herbs, and spice, plus firm but ripe tannins that stand up well to the richer cuts.
This is the fifth year of Steak Masters. Executive Chef Stephen Clark’s team clearly put thought into balancing familiar favourites with new flavours. If you’re in the mood for quality steak done right, this limited menu gives you a good reason to book a table before June 7.
