Celebrate Valentine’s Day at Ancora Waterfront Dining and Patio, The Farmhouse and Cibo Trattoria

Set the mood right this Valentine’s Day with romantic culinary creations offered at Viaggio Hospitality Group’s collection of critically acclaimed dining and wining establishments. Couples are invited to experience love-inspired, delectable multicourse menus and cocktails on Valentine’s day, February 14.

ANCORA WATERFRONT DINING AND PATIO – AMBLESIDE

Executive Chef Jorge Kim has prepared a passion-fuelled menu ($130 per person) for Valentine’s Day, featuring the restaurant’s signature Peruvian-meets-Japanese Nikkei flavours. Sommelier Sephora has selected some spectacular wine pairings guests will have the option to add on to their experience ($50 per person). Beautiful dishes will delight guests, such as Bluefin Poke Rice Crisp and Tenderloin Beef Tartare to start. Next, guests will enjoy Oysters, Lingcod Ceviche, and Scallop Shooter and then Lobster Tortellini to follow. For their main, guests can choose between Aji Panca Glazed Sablefish or 5oz Boneless Ribeye. To finish off this gorgeous meal, Pavlova with meringue, lemon curd, mascarpone cream and fresh berries.

The bar team has shaken up a heart-inspired cocktail ‘Mai Corazon’ (additional $18); a riff on a classic Mai Tai with house rum blend (white, dark and spiced), aperol, cinnamon heart cazadores blanco, lemon, sunflower seed orgeat, garnished with a brûléed orange slice and nutmeg.

ANCORA WATERFRONT DINING AND PATIO – FALSE CREEK

Executive Chef Sebastian Delgado has prepared a menu sure to please the heart ($195 per person) for Valentine’s Day, featuring delicious and familiar Peruvian and Japanese-inspired flavours. Carefully curated dishes will thrill guests, such as Scallop Nikkei, Beef Tartar, and Risotto. For their main, guests can choose between Branzino or Pato. To finish off this gorgeous meal, Pav-love-ya (Pavlova) with french chantilly, raspberry coulis, and passion fruit curd.

THE FARMHOUSE

Executive Chef Curtis Luk is ensuring that love will be celebrated—front and center—with his romantic yet creative Valentine’s Day menu. As an add-on ($59 per person), there will be a wine pairing complete with bubbles on the night of the 14th. The multicourse meal ($95 per person) begins with Oysters Alla Livornese. Semolina Gnocchi will be offered following. The main event features Grass-fed Roasted Beef Tenderloin. Dessert comes in the form of an elaborate Chocolate And Rose Semifreddo.

CIBO TRATTORIA AND UVA WINE & COCKTAIL BAR

In celebration of the special day, a multi-course menu ($120 per couple) with classic rustic Italian flavours will be available at both Cibo Trattoria and Uva Wine & Cocktail Bar. The experience begins with one small bottle of Prosecco each. Guests can choose from Tuna Tartare, Caprese or Carpaccio before moving on to the main course of Ravioli Florentine (vegetarian), Honey Glazed Salmon or Steak. Three tasty options are available for guests to enjoy for dessert; Tiramisu, Lemon Cake or Chocolate Mousse.
