C | PRIME Modern Italian Steak & Wine and Executive Chef Behshad Zolnasr launched a new daily breakfast and weekend brunch menu. The new elevated menu features a gourmet ‘Benny Bar’ and focuses on fresh, quality ingredients like wagyu from Snake River Farms and house-made pastries and breads. I enjoyed the flavorful wagyu striploin, crispy confit pork belly benny, crunchy chicken with cinnamon waffles and Chef Behshad signature crispy, hash browns – which is his unique twist on the McDonald’s version.

For brunch, I ordered:

Steak & Eggs – 4oz wagyu striploin, 2 eggs, hashbrowns, tomatoes, chimichurri, hollandaise

Pork Belly Benny – crispy confit pork belly, english muffin, poached eggs, hollandaise

Chicken & Waffles – fried chicken thighs, cinnamon waffles, sriracha syrup, 2 poached eggs

French Toast – berry compote, lime crème fraîche, almond crumble
