Bruno Restaurant, the highly acclaimed fine-dining destination at Richmond’s 5-star-rated Versante Hotel, proudly introduces Greater Vancouver’s most luxurious weekend brunch experience: the Champagne & Caviar Seafood Brunch.
Every Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 am to 2:30 pm, guests are invited to indulge in an extraordinary menu of premium delights including Fresh-Shucked Oysters and Caviar, Bay Scallop and Ikura Ceviche, Creamy Lobster Dip, Dungeness Crab and Avocado Benny, and much more.
Or opt for the ultra-elevated Caviar & Uni Experience, featuring Northern Divine caviar, Bafun uni petals, nori scones and chive crème fraiche.
Brunch experiences also include a refreshing selection of handcrafted brunch cocktails (including a Mimosa bar), and live musical entertainment.
The Champagne & Caviar Seafood Brunch is $65 per person (and an additional $75 per person for the Caviar & Uni Experience).
