Fairmont Pacific Rim to host Baltra, one of the world’s best bars, for Día de Muertos celebration

On November 2 and 3, Fairmont Pacific Rim in Vancouver will host Baltra Bar, one of the world’s top cocktail bars, for a special Día de Muertos collaboration.

Baltra, ranked no. 45 on the World’s 50 Best Bars list and no. 16 on North America’s 50 Best Bars list, will join forces with Botanist Bar, another world-renowned Vancouver cocktail bar, for a themed evening on November 2. The two bars will collaborate to create a menu of captivating libations inspired by the spirit of Día de Muertos.

On November 3, Baltra will make a second appearance in The Lobby Lounge & RawBar for an unforgettable evening featuring a specially curated cocktail menu by both bars, paired with live music and entertainment. No reservations are required for either evening.
