November is CPR Awareness Month

Did you know November is not just about moustaches? November is also CPR Awareness Month, and with just days left until the end of the month, St. John Ambulance is using these next few days to remind British Columbians of the importance of CPR.

The first aid and safety training experts have prepared a helpful infographic, highlighting important statistics – 40,000 Canadians suffer Sudden Cardiac Arrest each year – as well as the three vital steps to cardiopulmonary resuscitation:

• Compressions
• Airway
• Breathing.
