Find a job that matches you, and your outfit! Come prepared and bring your résumés to Metropolis at Metrotown 10th Annual Retail Job Fair on Saturday, September 23, 2017. It will be the biggest retail job fair yet with more than 50 retailers looking for part-time, full-time, entry-level and managerial positions for the upcoming holiday season.
Some retailers will be holding interviews on the spot. You must have a plan to make a good first impression. We advise you to research participating retailers and learn more about their store and products. You should practice your job pitch and prioritize which retailers you are most interested in visiting. Have your résumé ready to give to the employer and dress for the job you want. It should be professional, conservative and simple. Lastly, be courteous and follow up with each employer in a timely manner.
