Sunkist Green Citrus Juice

This juice is high in vitamins C, K, and A, is high in chlorophyll, calcium and iron, and is a great detoxifier.

Makes 2 – 4 servings

  • 1 bunch green kale, ends trimmed
  • 1 green apple, cut into quarters
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed Sunkist® mandarin orange juice or Sunkist navel orange juice, or a combination of both*
  • 2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed Sunkist lemon juice

Juice the kale and green apple in a home juicer. Juice the Sunkist citrus by hand or with a citrus juicer. Combine juices in a pitcher. Serve well-chilled or over ice.

*Chef’s Notes:

3 Sunkist mandarin oranges = about 1/2 cup of juice
2 Sunkist navel oranges = about 1/2 cup of juice

If you’re feeling like your drink needs a kick, Sunkist also whipped up some Sparkling Sunkist Grapefruit Tequila Punch.
