Get better night’s sleep with Under Armour Athlete Recovery Sleepwear
Rest and recovery are the key factors to keep athletes in peak performance. Under Armour and Tom Brady, 5 time Super Bowl champion, created a new line of Athlete Recovery Sleepwear engineered to help your body rebuild itself while you rest. The bio-ceramic print on the inside of the garment absorbs the body’s natural heat and reflects Far Infrared back to the skin. Far Infrared is a type of energy on the infrared spectrum that promotes cell regrowth, reduces inflammation, improves circulation and helps the body recover faster.
For the past few nights, I’ve been following Tom Brady’s sleep routine.
1. Create a Pre-Sleep Routine to Relax
Shut down devices 30 min before sleep & quiet the mind.
2. Be consistent with bedtime
Sleep is better if you train your body to get into a rhythm.
3. Stay cool
The ideal sleep temperature is 65 degrees fahrenheit/18.5 degrees celsius.
4. Keep the noise down
Create a quiet environment or use a sound masking / cancellation aid.
5. Air quality is key
Keep your room clean. Contaminants like animal dander and dust restrict your breathing.
6. Wear athlete recovery sleepwear
It helps your body recover faster and promotes better sleep.
By establishing a pre-bedtime routine, I was able to sleep early and got around 6-7 hours of good sleep. In the morning, I feel well-rested, relaxed and refreshed.
The 3/4 sleeve henley and pant are the most comfortable sleepwear I have ever worn. Similar to other Under Armour performance apparel, the material is extremely soft, stretchy, and light.
