2020 Lincoln Nautilus Reserve Review

2020 Lincoln Nautilus is a midsize luxury crossover that delivers style, space and comfort. It’s one of most versatile SUV in the Lincoln lineup. I recently test drove the 2020 Lincoln Nautilus Reserve in Artisan Blue with the Ultimate package which included 21″ ultra bright machined aluminum wheels, LED multi-projector headlights and powerful 19 speakers Revel Ultima audio system.

2020 Lincoln Nautilus is an elegant SUV with dynamic sweeping lines and bold Lincoln signature grille. Under the hood, it got an upgraded 2.7L twin-turbocharged V6 engine producing 335 horsepower and 380 lb. ft. of torque. It’s plenty of power for a fun and engaging drive while maintaining great fuel efficient. You can customize your drive experience with Lincoln Drive Control. You can select between Normal, Comfort or Sport mode. For every day city driving, I prefer comfort mode which let you enjoy a smoother ride with adaptive suspension and very quiet cabin with active noise control.

The new Nautilus is equipped with Lincoln Co-Pilot360 driver assist technologies. It has an Adaptive Cruise Control that automatically adjust your speed to maintain a proper distance between you and the vehicle in front. The new Lane-Centring System can scan the read the road to keep you centered within your lane. Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking can detect a potential collision with a vehicle or pedestrian directly in front and automatically apply the brakes.

Inside the Nautilus, it’s all about luxury with refined materials and soft, comfortable leather seats. Both the front and passenger got the optional Active Motion massage. It’s one of my favourite feature. You can relax with a nice back massage while on a long road trip or just driving around town.

You are always connect with Lincoln Connect and SYNC 3. Lincoln Connect turn the Natalius into a 4G LTE WiFi hotspot which allow for up to 10 mobile devices at the same time. Your passengers can watch YouTube videos and listen to their Spotify playlist on the go. With SYNC 3, you can get real-time traffic alerts with Waze and sync your smartphone with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto to access your mobile apps like Google Maps.

It has four cameras that merge to provide a 360 degree view around the vehicle. It makes it easy to back into tight parking spots.

If you need help parking, Active Park Assist will scan for parallel or reverse perpendicular parking space. Once the system locates a parking spot, the vehicle will automatically steer itself into the space. I love this feature especially parking in busy downtown area.

The 5 passenger SUV has spacious interior with a bright panoramic Vista Roof. It has a large cargo space for hauling gear and groceries. You can open the liftgate hands free by simple kick under the rear bumper. It’s so convenient while loading and unloading cargo.

Overall, I enjoyed driving the 2020 Lincoln Nautilus Reserve. It has all features you want in a luxury SUV plus Lincoln’s advanced driver and safety technologies. It will seat 5 people comfortably with spacious interior and quite cabin. It deliver strong performance from the 2.7L twin-turbocharged V6 engine. It was super fun to drive.
