King Slayer

• 1oz The Black Grouse Blended Scotch Whisky
• 1oz Red Wine (Merlot is suggested)
• 2oz Lemonade
• Top with Ginger Beer
• Lemon for Garnish

In a mixing glass filled with ice, add The Black Grouse Blended Scotch Whisky, red wine (Merlot is suggested) and lemonade. Shake vigorously and strain into a short glass filled with fresh ice. Top with non alcoholic ginger beer. Garnish with a long lemon twist.

1920’s Great Gatsby Flapper Theme

Grilled Old Fashioned

• 2oz The Black Grouse Blended Scotch Whisky
• 1 Sugar Cube
• 2 Dashes Chocolate Bitters
• Grilled Half Orange Wheel

In a short glass, add sugar cube, dashes of chocolate bitters and a grilled half orange wheel. Muddle these ingredients,
then add ice and The Black Grouse Blended Scotch Whisky. Stir for 1 minute and top with fresh ice. Garnish with a flamed orange zest.

• 1oz The Black Grouse Blended Scotch Whisky
• 1oz Apple Juice
• 0.5oz Lemon Juice
• 0.5oz Maple Syrup
• Top with Ginger Ale
• Apple Slice for Garnish

In a mixing glass filled with ice, add The Black Grouse Blended Scotch Whisky, apple juice, lemon juice and maple syrup. Shake vigorously and strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice. Top with ginger ale. Garnish with an apple slice.

American Horror Story Theme

Bloody Horror

• 1oz The Black Grouse Blended Scotch Whisky
• 1 tsp BBQ Sauce
• 1 Dash Chipotle Tobasco
• 1 Dash Worcestershire Sauce
• 1 Dash Salt & Pepper
• Radical Rimmer / Montreal Steak Spice
• Top with Clamato
• Pepper or Cherry Tomatoes for Garnish

Rim a tall glass with Radical Rimmer or Montreal steak spice. Fill with ice, then add salt, pepper, chipotle tabasco and worcestershire sauce to taste. Now add BBQ sauce and pour The Black Grouse Blended Scotch Whisky on top. Fill with clamato and give it a quick stir. Garnish with a red pepper “devil” on a skewer or cherry tomatoes.
