Cacao 70 opens its first Dippery, an artisanal ice cream shop, in Gastown
The Cacao 70 Dippery serves ice cream with more than a cherry on top, dipping everyone’s favourite treat in artisanal chocolate.
The Vancouver Dippery will feature a menu with options such as: soft serve ice cream and Belgian waffles dipped in flavoured chocolate ranging from maple to earl grey and matcha chocolate to coffee (please see attached document for full Dippery menus). The Dippery menu will also feature the Cacao 70 coffee bar and brewed and chilled chocolate drinks, as well as classic waffle combos. Furthermore, it will feature chocolate made in Cacao 70’s Chocolate Factory in Montreal.
Since its founding in 2011, Cacao 70 has continuously evolved and expanded. With its current 14 franchises across Canada and 8 more expected to open by the end of the year, Cacao 70 recently revamped its brand image and positioning to focus on the chocolate experience as a whole and on the discovery of new flavours.
Most recently, Cacao 70 opened its very own Factory in Montreal on May 1st, 2017, where their master chocolatiers test their chocolate recipes and make their own chocolate bars. The Factory along with all new franchise stores are designed by renowned interior designer Zébulon Perron.
In this respect, the company wishes to unveil different formulas: The Dippery, where ice cream and waffles are enveloped in a succulent gourmet dip, The Sweet House, where chocolate drinks, desserts and all-day brunch items will be available to savour on site or on the go, and lastly, The Eatery, where chocolate dishes and delights, as well as traditional brunches and lunches are served!
For the grand opening, Cacao 70 is offering ALL items for FREE (except for the waffle combo)
