Botanist Bar Joins Forces with London’s Acclaimed Swift for Vancouver Cocktail Week

Botanist Bar is gearing up for an exciting Vancouver Cocktail Week this March, featuring a collaboration with London’s renowned Swift bar, a new cocktail menu, and the return of their famed experiential cocktail collection.

Kick off the festivities with the Signature Sunday Cocktail Brunch on March 3rd. This five-course extravaganza features dishes by Executive Chef Hector Laguna paired with innovative cocktails by Botanist’s Grant Sceney and the Swift team. Tickets are $170 and are available online.

Witness the art of “cracked ice” cocktails on March 5th as the Swift team showcases their unique technique. No reservations are needed, just drop in and be amazed!

Indulge in a sensory six-course dinner on March 6th, where Chef Laguna’s culinary creations are paired with bespoke cocktails by Grant Sceney and Swift. Tickets are $298 and can be reserved online.

But that’s not all! Botanist Bar is also launching a new cocktail menu, featuring the return of their iconic experiential cocktails. The Raincouver is a delightful homage to Vancouver’s rainy charm, with its vodka base, hints of cherry blossom, pine, and an edible rain cloud!
