Bardō Is Bringing Its Italian-Inspired Menu to Elora Mill This Fall

Bardō is opening its fourth Ontario location in October inside the newly restored Walser Building at Elora Mill. That’s the 1851 building on Founders Lane, just across the river from the main mill.
Expect hand-tossed pizzas, pastas, meatballs, salads, milkshakes, and the banana split. There’s a grab-and-go counter too.
The Italian-inspired menu was refined with input from Michelin-starred chef Patrick Kriss and Alo Food Group, the same team working with Pearle Hospitality at the Hamilton, Guelph, and Burlington locations.
An 80-seat patio overlooking the gorge is planned for spring 2027.
