17th Annual Taste of Yaletown Returns with All-New Healthcare Happy Hour – October 1 – 31, 2021

The Yaletown Business Improvement Association (YBIA) announced the return of Taste of Yaletown, the annual community-based culinary event that showcases the best chefs and culinary treasures Yaletown has to offer. Featuring curated menus from award-winning chefs, the event will run for the first time ever for the entire month of October and will boast an all-new Healthcare Happy Hour.

This year, Taste of Yaletown is putting an extra emphasis on community. YBIA will be donating $2 for every TOY menu sold to The Greater Vancouver Food Bank and Yaletown House, a not-for-profit long-term care home for seniors.

New to TOY this year is ‘Healthcare Happy Hour’, to honour and celebrate health care workers. Taking place every Wednesday during TOY from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m PT, the event will feature live music, gift baskets for healthcare workers, and a community board where folks can share their own messages of appreciation and support to healthcare workers.

Participating TOY restaurants include Provence Marinaside, Sushi Maro, Robba da Matti, West Oak, The Flying Pig, The Greek by Anatoli, Brix & Mortar, Hapa Izakaya, Bistro Sakana, Grand Chinese Restaurant, Banter Room and Cactus Club Cafe.
