Palladium Boots Explorer Series: Montreal with Marcus Troy

Palladium is thrilled to unveil its partnership with Marcus Troy, as they collaborate on the latest episode of Palladium’s Explorer Series.

The Palladium Boots Explorer Series is a unique campaign that highlights undiscovered places in urban metropolises around the world. Together with various creative talents, Palladium is exploring hidden sites and cultures through a series of unique videos and photographs. For this edition, Montreal-born and raised multi-talented artist Marcus Troy takes us to the neighbourhood he calls home, Little Burgundy.

“Be creative and explore”, Marcus insists, while taking the audience through the evolution of his neighbourhood. Complemented by original song and poetry by Marcus Troy, the audience discovers his vision of the area and his love for the people who live there. “Little Burgundy has gone from one of the least desirable places to live in the city of Montreal, to one of the cities hotbeds for new restaurants, shops and creatives. Gentrification has played a huge role in the expansion of Burgundy and has made it one of the most desirable places to live and frequent”, claims Marcus Troy.

Palladium, famous for its urban exploration concept, has already earned an international reputation with past campaigns including “Detroit Lives” by Johnny Knoxville, “Tokyo Rising” by Pharrell Williams, and ‘Battersea: Power of London’ by Eliza Doolittle.

The “Palladium Boots Explorer Series” is directed and produced by inspiring creatives from around the world and shared via www.palladiumboots.com, and Palladium’s social media channels through the hashtag #ExploreYourCity.
