To celebrate the duo’s collaborative 25th anniversary, BEAUTY & YOUTH UNITED ARROWS recently took an in-depth look at New Balance. The piece delves into the history of the Boston-based footwear label–founder William J. Riley was inspired by the foot of a chicken when he established the brand back in 1906–and provides a look inside its Brighton neighborhood headquarters in Boston and factories in Lawrence, Massachusetts and Skowhegan, Maine.
