Converse reintroduces the Fastbreak for Summer 2017

Converse Fastbreak, first release in 1983, was engineered to be one of the lightest basketball shoes of its era. The legendary hoop shoe was wore by Michael Jordan during his UNC career and 1984 Olympic gold-medal game against Spain.

For Summer 2017, Converse is reintroducing the Fastbreak as a retro, lifestyle sneaker. It still retains the authentic vintage design with foam-backed nylon and leather upper. The new pair gets an upgraded drop-in Nike Lunarlon insole for plush cushioning.

The Fastbreak collection debut in three colourways Casino Red, Candy Grape and Green and is now available in select Footlocker stores and Converse.ca for a suggested retail price of $110.00 CAD.
