adidas Originals Tubular Runner Trainers

Sportswear and lifestyle brand adidas Originals has unveiled the latest addition to its trainer line up, the Tubular Runner.

The new model, formed with a tire-inspired tube-shaped rubber sole, combines a neoprene upper and sock liner with a laser cut leather heel cage and overlays.

For its first release, the Tubular Runner will be available in four shades – black, white, burgundy and grey – each finished with coordinating laces and a branded tongue tab.

Other design elements have been adapted from adidas Originals’ previous models, including the sole unit from its Y-3 range and the ghillie lacing system from its ZX and EQT lines.
