UBC Thunderbirds Winter Classic

Join us for the UBC Thunderbirds’ largest ever hockey game. Last year, we started a great new tradition at UBC – the UBC Thunderbirds Winter Classic. In 2015, over 3000 fans came out to cheer on the UBC Thunderbirds Men’s Hockey Team and this year we expect to surpass last year’s record attendance. Pregame starts at 5pm, puck drop at 7pm and the game wraps up by 9pm. There will be music, community booths, prizes, food, drinks and an epic hockey game. UBC Winter Classic is the perfect start to everyone’s weekend.
