Spring Skate at Park Royal – March 9 – 18, 2012
Come join the first week of Spring Break in the upper level parking area just behind Osaka Supermarket and Staples and try your hand at whizzing around the ice — outdoors! The rink overlooks the Spirit Trail and the gorgeous ocean so come for a unique experience the whole family will love.
The synthetic ice works rain or shine, warm or cold — and it feels just like real ice! Bring your own skates or rent one of our pairs — for a donation.
Park Royal have some great activities planned for the week — so come everyday if you like. It is always free.

Celebrate the beginning of Spring Break with a dance at Park Royal. Great music will set the tone for outdoor skating in a gorgeous environment.

Tuesday, March 13, Toddler Tuesday
Bring your little one to give skating a try, or so they can amaze their friends with their skills. Park Royal will have face painting and crafts for the kids so come enjoy a day outside!
Thursday, March 15, Join the Mascots at Park Royal, 2:00pm to 3:00pm
Come meet Fin (from the Canucks!), the Return-it Man, Farmer Kin, and many more! It is going to be a blast so come get your photo taken.
Friday, March 16, Happy Hour with Noah Nine, 5:00pm to 8:00pm
End the week on a high with great live duo Noah Nine. They play all your favourite songs and really get the party going so come join for a concert, our beer garden, and a skate.
Saturday, March 17, St. Patrick’s Day and the Canucks Game Live Broadcast on the Big Screen, 5:00pm to 10:00pm
Enjoy all things green when Park Royal host a St. Paddy’s Day party like no other at the skating rink. The beer garden will be open and the evening Canucks game will be broadcast on the big screen so let’s celebrate the good luck together!
