Red Bull Music Academy: The Note

Over the past 18 years, Red Bull Music Academy has travelled around the world from New York, Tokyo to Paris to host annual workshop & concert series. This Fall, Red Bull Music Academy is returning to Canada in Montreal. With a rich history in disco, jazz, folk, hip hop and techno, Montreal is a breeding ground for developing and sustaining influential artists such as Oscar Peterson, Leonard Cohen, Rufus Wainwright and Arcade Fire. In addition, over 70 musicians will come to Montreal and part take in 2, two week sessions.

Every week Red Bull Music Academy is releasing a new episode of “The Note”, a documentary series about music’s most exciting journeys. The premiere episode is about Alex Rosner and the ’70s sound system revolution.
