The first in a series of Supper Parties from the cellar floor of Vancouver Urban Winery features a 5 course Vietnamese-French feast prepared by Maria Huynh, Executive Chef and Proprietor of Chau Veggie Express and the brand new Satori Factory. Each course is expertly paired with wines fresh from the taps of the Winery’s tasting bar by in-house Sommelier David Stansfield.
