Eat Your Heart Out and Taste the Tri-Cities by Trolley!

Every year, Eagle Ridge Hospital Foundation gathers its community for a culinary celebration! The Foundation partners with popular restaurants, and calls all food aficionados for one night of feasting – raising funds for the hospital that touches countless lives. Kick off your week with a full belly and an even fuller heart – 1 night, 6 restaurants, and 1 great cause! This year’s Eat Your Heart Out event takes place on Monday, March 2, 2015 at 5pm.

Start the evening at the Galleria at Port Moody City Hall and mingle amongst other foodies. Picked up by a trolley, guests will sample delicious menu items from 3 of 6 participating local restaurants on the loop of their choice. The Foundation raises funds to support 70% of new equipment purchased at the hospital and a portion of the proceeds raised at the event will go to vital needs. With more than 100,000 people using Eagle Ridge Hospital services each year, every dollar makes a difference.

“Our Eat Your Heart Out event is a very fun way to sample each restaurant’s feature menu selection while mingling with old and new friends,” says Charlene Giovannetti-King, Executive Director of Eagle Ridge Hospital Foundation. “We are honoured to have nearly 300 people participating in this event, the support of six local restaurants and 30+ volunteers as we work together to strengthen the health of our community!” she adds. “We want to deliver the best care possible for everyone in the area – because it could be your mom, your dad, your sister, or brother.”

The evening begins at the Galleria at Port Moody City Hall and complimentary trolley travel will be provided between the six participating restaurants. Event-goers are encouraged to register early and choose one of two loops where they will sample taster menus. Tickets are $75/person, order by calling 604-469-3128 or register at
