Brewery & The Beast Announces Surprise Ticket Release for Sold Out Vancouver Event
Western Canada’s popular food-and-drink feast for the senses, Brewery & The Beast, is releasing 100 general admission tickets and 10 VIP Experience tickets on its website at 9 a.m. tomorrow, Tuesday, July 26, to the previously sold-out Vancouver event taking place on Aug. 7. Brewery & The Beast is also teaming up with Harbour Air to give away a weekend getaway for two to Victoria, B.C., including round-trip airfare from Vancouver, luxury hotel accommodations, and VIP Experience tickets to the sold-out Victoria Brewery & The Beast event on Sept. 25.
A red-hot roster of VIP chefs is confirmed for the carnivorous Vancouver event, including: Top Chef Canada season nine runner-up Kym Nguyen (KymComing – Vancouver, B.C.); “edible storyteller” Aman Dosanj (The Paisley Notebook – Kelowna, B.C.), and Michael Hunter (Antler Kitchen & Bar – Toronto, ON), who will be teaming up with Robert Belcham (Popina Canteen – Vancouver, B.C.) on a live fire cooking experience for VIP guests, serving flame-grilled game meats. Guests will also have a chance to indulge in 45+ mouthwatering dishes from celebrated participants such as Osterio Savio Volpe (Lamb Sirloin Spiedini), Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar (Momma Kim’s Charcoal-Grilled Brant Lake Wagyu Shortrib), and Juke Fried Kitchen (Rossdown Chicken Cheddar Jalapeno Corndog). To wash it all down, craft beer, premium wine, tasty cocktails, local cider and many other options will be poured on-site.
Brewery & The Beast’s presenting sponsor, Club Kitchen, will be on-hand to help guests cool off with snow cones, giveaways, and more, including information on their exciting new concept opening in downtown Vancouver this fall.
Each year, Brewery & The Beast attracts legions of food fanatics who are drawn by its all-you-can-enjoy food and drink program, ever-growing list of participating chefs and beverage partners, and fun, live-music-filled atmosphere. Valued at $3,200, the winner and their guest will receive round-trip flights from Vancouver to Victoria on Harbour Air; a one-night stay at Westin Bear Mountain Golf Resort & Spa; Brewery & The Beast merchandise, and VIP access to the sold-out Victoria Brewery & The Beast event.
This year’s Brewery & The Beast events in British Columbia will take place in Vancouver on Aug. 7 and Victoria on Sept. 25. Each year, Brewery & The Beast donates to various organizations that work to grow the Canadian culinary industry and support local food-focused initiatives—topping $143,000 in donations to date. Partial proceeds from 2022 ticket sales will be donated to the Chefs’ Table Society of B.C. and local programs that support food sustainability.
