Big Screen Bake Sale - Sunday, September 4, 2011

Big Screen Bake Sale is a concept thought up by Mandy Wong and Lawrence Panzo. Funds raised from this event will go towards Easter Seals — particularly summer camps for children with disabilities.

Where: Creekside Community Recreation Centre (1 Athletes Way, Vancouver, BC V5Y 0B1)
Date: September 4th, 2011 1:00pm — 4:00pm

  • Free Street Parking: 2 hour parking on the street 9:00am — 8:00pm
  • Underground Pay Parking is available $2/hour, $10/day
  • Via transit: Walking distance from Main & Terminal and Olympic Village Skytrain stations + Translink bus routes — 3, 8, 15, 19, 50, 84, C21, C23

About Easter Seals (

1 out of every 7 Canadians report having a disability. Easter Seals is dedicated to enhance the quality of life, self-esteem, and self-determination of Canadians with disabilities. Particularly with funds the bake sale will raise this year, they will go towards summer camps & active living programs for children with disabilities.
