Giveaway! REW is your one-stop real estate resource

Thinking of buying a new home? REW is your one-stop real estate resource. It’s the only site in British Columbia you can find all of the latest property listings, new home developments, home buying tips and market news.

Recently, REW rebranded as Real Estate Wire to reflect the company’s goal to be the #1 source for real estate search across Canada. It also unveiled a new fresh logo, two overlapping homes in wire frame represent the conversations, information and the exchange of property that takes place between buyers, sellers, agents and other real estate professionals.

REW streamlines the experience to search for home by city, neighbourhood, open house and new development. You have easy access to property details, photo and video tours, book viewing appointments and contact the listing agents.

As part of the rebrand, REW launched new property search features based on proximity to public and private schools as well as transportation networks. You can search properties by school name, view public and private schools in the area, see whether a property is in a catchment and sort properties by distance to a school.

The advantages of living near a school are children can walk to and from school, easy access to playground and field, safer neighbourhood and maintain a higher property value.

Another new feature launched this year was search by building:  You can find all of the current listings in the building, as well as property overview including amenities and special features and distance to near-by schools.

Giveaway!

To celebrate REW’s rebrand, we are giving away a Google Home to one lucky reader. A voice activated assistant for your home. $180 value.

The contest is open to all Canadian residents.

*** Congrats @yurilluminati for wining our Google Home giveaway! ***
