The Dirty Apron Delicatessen is coming to Vancouver International Airport


The Dirty Apron Delicatessen is coming to the domestic terminal, as part of the Vancouver International Airport’s enhanced food and beverage offerings.

Under the watchful eye of Chef David, The Dirty Apron Delicatessen’s menu will feature their signature gourmet deli dishes – alongside seasonal, new and exclusive menu items. Passengers will enjoy freshly prepared baguettes, grilled sandwiches, salads and pastries with healthy and vegetarian options–whether it’s a Double Baked Almond Croissant and freshly pulled espresso in the morning, a vegetarian Orecchiette Pasta at noon, or a warm and filling Roast Chicken baguette to go.

2019 also marks The Dirty Apron’s 10th anniversary, and the upcoming launch of their second cookbook, Gather: A Dirty Apron Cookbook.
