Vancouver Canada Day Fireworks – July 1, 2012

At 10:30pm on July 1, the Canada Day Burrard Inlet Fireworks Show will light up the sky with an extravaganza for the senses. This two-barge simultaneously pyrotechnical display is based off the Burrard Inlet near Canada Place and Dundarave in West Vancouver.

This Fireworks celebration showcases our great country and celebrates our freedom and diversity as it caps off a tremendous Waterfront Party at Canada Place.

Over 450,000 people watch the Canada Day Burrard Inlet Fireworks Show as it is viewable from several locations and communities and is simulcast to music broadcast by media partner, Classic Rock 101. Shaw TV will also be broadcasting the fireworks show live.

The purpose of the Burrard Inlet Fireworks Society is to provide, design and implement fireworks displays in Burrard Inlet for the enjoyment of the Society’s citizens to commemorate and to enhance celebrations in recognition of municipal, provincial and federal holidays.
